I’m Haley! I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer and mom of four who’s passionate about helping others get stronger for life—not just for looks. I fell in love with strength training back in my college athlete days, and it became my outlet after having kids. I love creating a positive, energetic space where people can build confidence, strength, and consistency. My focus is on simple, effective strength training that fits real life and helps you feel your best inside and out. Whether it’s small groups or one-on-one training, I’m all about connection, hard work, and having fun in the process.
