Whats up guys! Im the general manager of Rising Tide. I’ve spent the last 10 years in the marine corps as a grunt! Once I got out I needed to stay true to myself and my family and strive to help others better themselves and reach the unthinkable! You’ll see me most days grinding in the gym! Feel free to come talk to me if you need some advice or want some new knowledge! Remember the hardest part is getting through the door!

Howdy! My name is Cuevas, but I go by Cue or Cuevo. I’m from Texas and served 8 years in the Marines as a combat engineer. I played Soccer in college and football for the Camp Pendleton All Selection team. I was HITT certified in the Marine Corps and basically lived at the gym since high school. I am currently working to become a paramedic and a nutritionist to further my career. If you see me in the gym stop by and say hi, if you have any questions or need any tips feel free to ask. My goal is to help you on your journey just as I was helped on mine.

Hi, I’m Janine! I have had a passion for health and fitness since a young age. I am a former collegiate volleyball player from SUNY Cortland where I graduated with my Bachelors in Exercise Science. Additionally, I am a registered Radiologic Technologist and earned my degree from CFCC. I am in my final year of school to becoming a Radiation Therapist.

Hey! I’m Kat, originally from South Carolina. I played basketball in college which is where I found my love of fitness (specifically weightlifting). Shortly after graduating I received my PT certification as well as my group certification through ACE Fitness. I offer one-on-one training as well as group training. I love nothing more than sharing my passion with others and helping people gain confidence in the gym and in themselves. I’m always happy to stop and chat; looking forward to meeting you!

Mike Janouris, BS, PTA, CSCS

Personal Trainer/Strength & Conditioning Specialist

Mike holds certifications as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Personal Trainer (ACE), Nutrition Specialist (ACE), and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach (USAW). Mike is also a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). He has his Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) through the American Red Cross. Mike wants everyone to live a life of maximum health and performance. He strongly believes that anyone regardless of age or current health has the ability to regain their natural state of wellness, health, and fitness to thrive and live life to the fullest.

Hey, I’m Kristin! I’m a NASM-certified personal trainer (CPT) and nutrition coach (CNC). I played soccer in college and have been an athlete all my life, which is where I was first exposed to strength training. It was a game changer for me, and now I love helping others get stronger, lose fat, and build muscle through strength training, functional movements, and conditioning. I offer both one-on-one and group training, and my approach is all about making sure you feel supported while pushing yourself to see real progress. Can’t wait to chat and meet you!

My name is Damon Newsome, I am certified through the NASM, IYCA (International Youth & Conditioning Assiaction) , Sports Nutrition certified with Precision Nutrition. 15 years of sports training with H&R NEXT LEVEL SPORTS TRAINING. Me personally i played football and wrestled in High School in Maryland for one of the top football teams in the country, ranked top 20. Winning states my sophmore yr, placing 2nd my junior year. Wrestling background, 2x state runner up & highschool All American placing 7th at senior Nationals.

Casey holds certifications as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (C.S.C.S) & Functional Movement Screen Level 1 & 2. He specializes in Strength & Conditioning for athletes and individuals looking to train for sport & competition; but can also help those looking to begin their training journey. He most recently worked for the Toronto Blue Jays as a Strength & Conditioning Coach, where he spent seven seasons focusing heavily on athletic performance, workload management, and rehabilitation.

Brittany offers both group training and personal sessions.

My focus is on simple, effective strength training that fits real life and helps you feel your best inside and out. Whether it’s small groups or one-on-one training, I’m all about connection, hard work, and having fun in the process.
